WashJam 2020 Rescheduled to August 2022

Home > About Us > WashJam News

With guidance from our Board of Directors, volunteers and staff, Pacific Harbors Council has decided once again to postpone WashJam for another year, to August 18 - 21, 2022.

With these challenging and unprecedented times, we are tasked with evaluating what programs and activities are feasible within local and federal COVID-19 guidelines. Since the safety of our Scouts, volunteers and community members are of the utmost importance to us, we could not in good conscience move forward with this event in 2021 without being able to guarantee the safety of our attendees and the ability to support these new guidelines and restrictions.

We hope that you take this news with an understanding heart, and put WashJam on your calendar for August 18 - 21, 2022, at Fort Steilacoom Park, Lakewood, WA.

Fees for WashJam 2021 will be refunded in full.

For disposition of your registration fees, we are giving you two options:

1. A full refund of your registration fees.
Requests received using the refund form will receive a full refund.

2. Donate all or a portion of your registration fees using the refund form to Pacific Harbors Council to assist us in recovering costs and keeping Scouting strong in the Pacific Northwest.

If you would like to receive a refund or have your registration costs donated, please submit your request on the website: http://washjam.org/refunds.asp and let us know which option you choose along with the name and registration ID# number(s) you received on your confirmation email if possible.

WashJam 2022 Registration Is Now Open! If you haven't signed up for WashJam yet, registration is now open for WashJam 2022, to be held on August 18 - 21, 2022.
